    We're currently looking for a proactive PA and Event Coordinator to join our team.

    The role requires confidential administration support across a wide breadth of tasks, therefore excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must. Solid IT capability is also essential as you will assist with the rollout of new systems and software.

    The role will involve function and event management, which requires someone with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve and think ahead. You will need to take ownership of this aspect of the position and take pride in successfully executing a large number of events.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Company-wide event coordination
    • Assistance with company projects and the rollout of new systems/services and software
    • Meeting coordination - agendas, presentations, and minute taking plus communicating relevant action points
    • Assisting with the communications to the Grenadier Team
    • Assisting with recruitment and training
    • Management of the internal intranet system
    • Management of the company database and promotional stock
    • Liaising with business partners and suppliers
    • Working with the other support team members and the wider management team
    This is an important role so it is essential you have proven experience in a fast-paced administration support role, as well as the ability to use initiative. You will need to be a tech-savvy and process-driven individual with a great attitude.
