With four live projects and more in the pipeline, we are establishing our in-house sales team to present these directly to the market.     As a licensed REA salesperson, your primary role will be representing Precinct residential developments' selling-off plan. You will play a crucial part in executing each project's sales and marketing campaigns, directly contributing to the growth of our sales team and the company. This customer-facing role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact customer experiences, establishing trust and knowledge with those who engage.

    With a proven sales record and a minimum of five years’ experience, you will be comfortable selling developments off-plan, have strong visualisation skills, and have a keen focus on excellent service and teamwork. You'll also need an in-depth knowledge of the Auckland real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, integrity and sales acumen, and a strong desire to develop your career in property.

    Key Accountabilities:
    • Facilitate sales for completed and new residential projects, both off-plan and managing open homes within completed buildings.
    • Contribute to the purchaser/client management systems and implement strategies to enhance client experience and sales opportunities.
    • Maximise project revenue and achieve substantial sales velocity.
    • Execute the sales campaigns across all projects.
    • Manage and grow the sales database.
    • Contribute to development strategies to enhance sales opportunities.
