    This position offers an exciting opportunity for those seeking the next step in their real estate leadership career. You will have the chance to collaborate with and learn from a high-performing, experienced branch manager while supporting and working closely with the sales teams at the Takapuna and Albany branches.  Ideal for someone passionate about leadership, coaching, and continuous development, this role will allow you to utilize your sales experience and expertise to provide operational support and solutions. You will work with the team to refine their business practices, develop, and implement their business plans and goals. Your commitment to leading, inspiring, and developing the team will contribute significantly to the success of each salesperson and the broader Cooper & Co team  

    About you:

    To be considered for our Assistant Manager role, you must have an established, successful background in real estate sales. It is essential you have proven experience and can demonstrate the ability to understand, coach and add value to our team in residential sales. You have the people skills that see others warm to you, and your exceptional communication skills mean you can coach and build those with little to no real estate background as well add value to top performing teams. You'll be motivated by the chance to make a real impact, providing exceptional support and fostering our culture of success.

    Your skills/experience:
    • Licenced Real Estate Salesperson or Branch Manager
    • Proven success in real estate sales career.
    • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
    • A genuine passion for wanting to support and develop our sales team
    • Leadership and team management skills to motivate others and achieve targets.
