    We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team.

    Located in modern light-filled offices in Grafton with free onsite parking, you will be the first point of contact for anyone who visits our office. You will be responsible for all administration, entering new business listings into our CRM system, managing contracts and invoices, as well as providing support to our General Manager and Sales team as required.

    No two days are the same in this office so you need to be someone who works well under pressure if it is a busy day with agreements. You will be writing the adverts for some of the business listings so a creative flair or someone who enjoys writing will be an added bonus.

    Above all we are looking for someone who is positive and willing to learn and is confident in picking up new systems.

    Our ideal applicant will have:
    • Strong ability in both spoken and written English communication is crucial
    • A high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and Xero.

    Responsibilities of this role include:
    • Managing administration of the office; answering of the phone, checking emails, greeting clients
    • Preparing coffee for some meetings
    • Printing and binding documentation
    • Listing & database work in our CRM system
    • Contract management
    • Accounts
    • Creative writing of business listings
    • Attending to requests from the sales team
    • Administration support to the General Manager
