  • Harcourts Clarks Beach have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team in a part-time position as an Office Superstar.

    This is suited to a bright person with an engaging personality and a winning smile as you will predominantly be at the front desk. You will be well presented, able to work autonomously, be eager to learn, and show initiative.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:
    • Front desk duties such as greeting visitors and answering phones
    • Listing and advertising administration
    • Ordering office supplies and documentation
    • Accounts Payable and data entry
    • General office 'housekeeping duties'
    • Assisting with internal clients' administration needs.
    To be considered, you will need:
    • Experience in administration
    • Confident computer skills and be able to pick up new systems
    • A high degree of numerical and literacy accuracy
    • Problem solving and the ability to multitask
    • Ability to follow processes
    • Friendly and approachable demeanour
    • Eager to learn and take on more responsibility
    You should possess flexibility, reliability, and adaptability, coupled with strong time management skills. The capacity to handle a demanding role is crucial. While experience in Real Estate administration and familiarity with Xero would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.

    Harcourts Clarks Beach is a friendly, busy, vibrant and fun office that prides itself on having a great team culture. There is plenty of support provided, with a strong team spirit.

    The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm. Although the current status of the role is part-time, there is potential for increased hours and responsibilities in the future.
