We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Administrator to provide added support to Alison Aitken and her sales team in a respectful and consistent manner.
You will be responsible for ensuring the office runs at maximum compliance and efficiency by providing ongoing sales support, assisting with the marketing of property, and updating databases and social media. Communication with other professionals including solicitors, real estate consultants, clients and customers, whilst taking care of general administrative duties will also be key.
You will be working within an incredibly fast-paced and potentially pressured environment, so your calm efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to multi-task will be valued in this role. There will be ample variety in your role to both challenge and reward you each day.
The ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar PA / Administration role, preferably in real estate however not essential, with proven ability to meet deadlines, use initiative, work proactively, and strive for excellence in all areas of work.

Experience with InDesign is an advantage
