    We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our successful team in Papanui!

    This is a busy and varied role which would suit someone who is well organised and loves to multi-task! You will report primarily to the Chief Operations Manager, but shall also have a strong working relationship with the Partners and Sales Managers who are based at Papanui Office. You will also be responsible for running reception, customer service, data entry, maintaining supplies, and general administrative duties.

    Our ideal candidate will need to:
    • Have previous Administration experience and excellent customer service skills
    • Have exceptional attention to detail
    • Sound communication & computer skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • A positive, proactive and solutions focused attitude
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Be a problem solver and a quick thinker!
    This is a full-time role Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00.

    While a knowledge of real estate practices would be an advantage, you'll gain excellent training and support to help you succeed in the real estate industry.
