UNO Property Management Specialists provides comprehensive, reliable and trustworthy services to property owners and investors in the Auckland area.
We are looking for a charismatic Property Letting Agent to join our elite property management team in our Mt Eden office. Previous customer service background is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
General Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Organise routine inspections with property managers
Complete property condition reports
Assist in organising and attending viewings for prospective tenants
Process tenancy applications and make lease offers
Attend all team meetings as well as all training sessions as directed by the Department Manager
Apply all procedures required of this role
In return, you will be rewarded with a compensation package with a company car, base salary and commission. There is strong potential for this position to progress into property manager.
This is a full time role.
