Davey Ltd Auckland is searching for an Automotive Sand Blaster to join our team in New Lynn.

Duties include:- Work in conjunction with Repair Certifiers and the Panel shop team to achieve a high grade of automotive sandblasting which meets and adheres to NZTA regulations
- Work with the panel shop team and make sure all cars are completed in a timely manner
- Guide and assist any staff in the underbody sealing treatment process
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipts to Operations Manager
- Be punctual and work the hours and times specified
- Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard
- Support and help develop a positive workplace culture
- Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety.
Requirements:- Proven experience in Automotive Sand Blasting or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- Ability to think clearly and focus
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- The ability to communicate professionally and effectively

- Understanding of safety procedures related to automobile sand blasting
- Ability to perform stripping and refitting of vehicles.
