    • Are you a master of logistics, a puzzle-solving pro, and a scheduling whiz? At Safety 'n Action, we're looking for a Scheduler to coordinate our nationwide training courses, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

    What's the role about?

    As our Scheduler, you'll be the mastermind behind planning and scheduling courses across our 17 training centres. You'll monitor course demand, liaise with sales teams to maximise revenue, and ensure the right trainers are in the right place at the right time. You'll also help optimise our training calendar, using our CRM to analyse data to support decisions, and fine-tune schedules to maximise efficiency and revenue.

    What we're looking for:
    • At least 3 years' experience in a similar scheduling or logistics role
    • Strong experience with scheduling systems and supply/demand analytics
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
    • A sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving (you probably love a puzzle)
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • A flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach
    • Someone who looks for continuous improvement
    • A positive person, who enjoys being part of a team.
    Bonus points for:
    • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM
    • Previous experience in training or education environments
    • Previous financial analytics/Commercial experience preferably from the manufacturing, engineering or aviation industries
