About the Role
Flooring Design are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Napier!
Our ideal candidate will be a Google and Social Media Ads expert, who can create, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
This will involve:- Google Ads Management
- Social Media Advertising
- Performance Tracking and Strategy
This role is perfect for someone who understands home improvement marketing and knows how to get the best return on ad spend.
To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
- Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns for better performance
- Copywriting and creative ad development skills
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and tracking conversions
- Familiarity with the home improvement or retail sector a plus!
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
Experience with email marketing & lead nurturing, as well as knowledge of SEO best practices will be highly regarded.
This is a part time position working approx. 25 hours per week minimum (with the opportunity to increase as the role shows success). An attractive hourly rate ($35-$45ph) will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
