Destination winery & restaurant - Elephant Hill
|
Talented Chef de Partie required, to work at an award-winning winery cellar door restaurant.
Under the guidance of the Sous Chef you will be assisting in the day-to-day running of the Elephant Hill kitchen and food preparation.
Our restaurant offers lunch Friday to Monday 11am - 5pm.
You must prove you have:- Creative flair, a keen eye for detail and a passion for your craft.
- Experience working in a quality, fast-paced kitchen
- A good understanding of classic and modern techniques across all sections in the kitchen.
- A commitment to quality, innovation, sustainability and a love of food
You will work closely with the Sous Chef in a small tight knit team to produce simple, quality and flavour focused food.
We will offer:- Daytime lunch shifts Fri-Mon.
- Occasional evening functions and Thurs prep shift.
