Based in Invercargill, we are a 12-Tech workshop looking after a wide range of customers supporting our new vehicle franchises, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, Nissan and Volkswagen. We are searching for two Automotive Technicians to join our team. This is a full-time role working a minimum of 40-Hours a week, either over 5-Days or choose to enjoy the benefits of a 4-Day work week. Overtime may be available if desired.

Experience, skills and attributes required:- A relevant level 4 qualification or 3 years' experience
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing vehicles as per our franchises and additional brands
- A strong knowledge of vehicle models, systems and components
- Provide technical advice to clients and dealership staff
- Ability to problem solve
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Full driver's licence
Ideally you are a skilled technician with franchise experience that enjoys a varied range of work. We don't want to pigeonhole you into just doing basic service or WOFs day-in, day-out.
Preferably you're already based in Southland for a quick and easy transition, but if not, talk to us if you're serious about relocating to a place where people have and take time, and the only traffic jam you will see is at the McDonald's drive thru as you drive 5-minutes home for true work/life balance.
Applications from suitably qualified overseas applicants welcomed as this is a Tier 2 role eligible for work to residence. This role pays between $29.66 and $39.66 per hour.
