    About the position

    We are growing and require a Service Administrator to join us at our Auckland branch. We're seeking someone with lots of initiative and energy who can work well within a team and independently, in an office/workshop environment.

    This is a full time role working 42.5 hours per week.

    Key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
    • Opening Workshop Jobs and Order Numbers
    • Write up of Service Jobs
    • Processing of Service Orders and Service Invoices
    • Monitor Work In Progress
    • Capture Staff Wages
    • Monitor Customer Accounts
    • Responsible for fleet follow-ups, calling and receiving calls from our customers to schedule servicing
    • Advising customers on servicing requirements and costs involved
    • Pro-actively liaise with our Parts Department to ensure parts are ready for servicing jobs
    • Assisting Service Manager with Quotes/Estimates
    • Assisting the Service Manager and Technicians with administrative workshop tasks
    • Other ad hoc office admin tasks
    Our ideal candidate will:
    • Have a proven background providing administrative support, however, previous experience isn't essential as on the job training will be provided for the right applicant
    • Have great communication skills, good judgement, and adaptability
    • Pay attention to detail
    • Be self-motivated and confident in their ability
    • Have strong organisation and workload management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and reprioritise when necessary
    • Be computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
    • Experience in Orion software is an advantage but not a requirement
    • Be a team player and ensure processes are maintained or developed so they are simple and effective
