We are after a new Z Store Site Leader at Z Morrinsville... for us it is simple, you know retail, you live & breath it, you have honed your leadership skills & now you're ready to work for a business that values what you bring to the table.
The successful applicant will join our fantastic leadership team where you will play your part in ensuring our customer experience is exceptional, the quality of our products is unparalleled, and the safety and wellness of our teams and customers comes first.
To become a Site Leader within our business you will need to showcase:
Your ability to engage and inspire a diverse team - people come first.
Food and coffee experience
A genuine customer centric approach
Proven business and commercial acumen
Operational effectiveness and continuous improvement mindset
A passion for retail and customer service
Have resilience
Responsibilities will include:
Motivating and Training your site team
Managing site sales targets and budgets
Maintaining financial records
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Stock ordering and control
Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
Ensuring a safe environment and complying with all Health and Safety requirements
Execution of promotional material and displays.
Liaising with the business head office
Managing rosters
