Ray White Eastern Group requires an exceptional part time Contracts Administrator to join our Howick office. We are a group of six offices across the Eastern Beaches location.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Manage daily diary
Liaise with solicitors
Sales book data entry
Process sales agreements
Deposit releases
Issue electronic receipts
Sales payroll
Back up for Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
Xero experience an advantage
While knowledge of VaultRE and previous experience working in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage, it is not essential - what's most important to us is that you have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm that we're looking for.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
Ability to develop and maintain productive and harmonious working relationships with individuals at all levels to ensure that all parties are in line with company guidelines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
An ability to prioritise your workload is a must as you will often be working to deadlines
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Ability to work unsupervised and display initiative while also being a team player
Strong computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and willing should we require you to take on other tasks
This is a part time role - with flexibility to work longer hours when required.
