Our motorcycle dealership is currently seeking a full-time Motorcycle Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team in Christchurch.

We're looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and has exemplary customer service skills. Our ideal candidate will have good parts knowledge from the motorcycle or automotive sectors, and have a high level of mechanical understanding.
Responsibilities include:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts and accessories for their motorcycles.
Provide our customers with expert advice and recommendations when selecting their motorcycle parts.
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
Maintain an organized inventory of motorcycle parts and accessories.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain stock levels and perform regular stock takes to ensure stock accuracy.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the motorcycle industry.
To be considered, you will need:
Passion for motorcycles and a good understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanour.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Confidence in providing expert advice and recommendations
A good level of computer literacy
