  • SHARE is a New Zealand based network of financial advisers with a common brand, systems and processes. We have 58 advisers throughout New Zealand providing financial advice on Insurance, Mortgages and Investments (incl. KiwiSaver). The Christchurch office is made up of 10 people who all work collectively to ensure clients needs are meet. The team in the office are all happy to share ideas / problem solve and generally help each other out.

    We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Christchurch team in a full time position.

    The role would directly support two life/health and investment advisers. Responsibilities would include:
    • Communicate with insurance (life/health) and investment companies;
    • Taking client calls / instructions
    • Prepare report / letter templates for Advisers
    • Process applications (for benefits)
    • Assist with Claims administration
    • Maintain Adviser's appointment diaries,
    • Maintain compliance registers etc.
    • General Office Administration
    The successful candidate will have experience in a similar PA position in order to adapt to the role quickly. Previous experience with an insurance company /investment provider would be advantageous.

    Essential qualities also include the ability to confidently follow instructions from Advisers and independently address tasks without supervision. Additionally, proficiency in handling inquiries from clients, insurance companies, and investment firms is crucial. This entails sourcing various information, such as medical and financial data, as well as managing policy arrears effectively
