We are looking for a fantastic full time sales person to join our team at our LaZBoy showroom in Palmerston North.

The role & responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product.
Achieving high sales results and working to a sales target.
Maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, moving furniture, VM & cleaning required.

The ability to work well within a high-end retail environment.
Being self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
The ability to interpret KPIs and coach staff to achieve the results required.
Previous retail experience.
An understanding of what behaviours it takes to be a successful salesperson.
The ability to coach sales staff and motivate them to be successful.
Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
