Well established medical centre in a central city location
For over 50 years, Herne Bay Medical Centre has been providing Medical and General Practitioner care in the heart of Herne Bay.
We are currently looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis working 23.5 hours per week with flexibility to cover for leave:
Monday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Tuesday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 8.00am - 1.30pm
Combined with a genuine interest and care for people, you will be flexible, reliable and most of all, enjoy providing a high standard of customer service to patients.
To be considered you will need at least 2 years experience in a Customer Service role or have previous Medical Reception experience. Full industry training is available.
Other essential skills and attributes:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent understanding of patient confidentiality
Honesty and integrity
Experience with Medtech Evolution is preferred but not essential
You'll enjoy working in a supportive, friendly environment with 5 Doctors, 5 Nurses and 7 administration staff. A competitive hourly rate is on offer (aligned with skills and experience).
