    Elaman prides itself on a can-do attitude that is willing to do what it takes to deliver our projects successfully. As such, we may require you to respond to problems as they arise and be willing to get involved in a broad range of project related tasks, however your core duties will be:
    • Work closely with the development team to determine feasibility on potential projects
    • Provide design input in relation to costs, value engineering opportunities and constructability
    • Take ownership of implementing systems for preparation and pricing of schedule of quantities
    • Preparation of trade summaries including defined trade scope for tender
    • Compiling and issuing tender packages to subcontractors
    • Management of subcontractor agreements - payment claims, variation, valuation
    • Procurement
    • Management of Procore - project communication, payment certifications, project budget
    • Project management - cost control, attending PCGs and programme management
    • Assist with resource and building consent lodgements and close out
    • Preparation of project cashflow forecasts
    • Other development tasks as required
