    We are currently looking for an experienced MSP Support Technician to join our team here in Te Puke.

    You will use excellent problem-solving abilities to provide technical support for all business clients including remote in and call out work and use experience in a wide variety of IT systems to maintain computers, servers, phones and network equipment, etc.

    In this role you will also be responsible for:
    • Maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure from the gateway through to wired and wireless solutions.
    • Project management of new installations and other projects.
    • Configure Microsoft 365 from scratch for new clients and migrate mailboxes from old email system (Exchange on prem, pop3 mailbox, gmail) to M365 (M365 licensing, DNS records, Mailboxes, SharePoint document libraries, OneDrive, etc).
    • Manage and maintain Active Directory (users, Azure ADSync, GPO, etc).
    • Administration of Azure and Intunes.
    • Configure Windows 11 workstation (Windows update, HP update, drivers, printers, OneDrive and folder redirection, etc).
    • Server monitoring support.
    • Technical support for in house technicians and vice versa when problem solving.
    • Follow all processes and procedures around use of the ticketing system.
    • Create, maintain and update the Knowledge data base in VisionLab documentation system.
    • Adhere to policies, standard operating procedures, vision and mission values of VisionLab.
    • Client auditing and project scoping.
    • Providing User Technical Support at any level (Workstation, printers, phones, WIFI, etc.).
    To be successful in this role you will have:
    • Experience with the above computer programmes and support tasks
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar MSP Support role
    • Ideally an IT related qualification
    • The self-motivation to complete tasks and work independently
    • The ability to multi-task
    • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
    • The ability to communicate complex business procedures to other colleagues
    • Commercial and business awareness
    The ideal applicant will also have good time management skills, a confident and helpful manner, a positive approach to change, a 'can do' attitude, and great teamwork skills.
