We are on the hunt for a reliable, hardworking Production Worker to join our busy Washroom team at Allied Laundry in Palmerston North. This is an active, hands-on role where you'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive their linen orders accurately and on time. Working alongside a hardworking and supportive team, you'll help process soiled linen, meet daily production targets and maintain the high standards our customers expect. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires you to be on your feet throughout the day. What are the hours? Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Who is Allied Laundry? Allied Laundry Services Ltd is a laundry company partnership owned by Health New Zealand, operating in the Lower North Island. Our goal is to provide an efficient laundry operation that will meet the laundering needs of the Capital and Coast, Hutt Valley, Taranaki, Whanganui, Hawkes Bay and MidCentral regions. As a company, we are committed to looking after both our clients and employees, maintaining high safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Important information about the role: As this position involves handling soiled linen, there is a risk of accidental exposure to potentially contaminated items. To help protect your health and safety, successful candidates will be required to undergo Hepatitis A and B blood screening and vaccination as part of the onboarding process.
