A great opportunity has opened up in our organisation for an experienced Spray Painter who can lead our Paint Shop team.
Based in Albany, Dimension Shopfitters is a Kiwi owned and operated business who are industry leaders in shopfitting with large national and international clients. Specialising in bespoke joinery products, we are not your run-of-the-mill cabinetmaking company.
We are looking for an experienced Spray Paint Team Leader with the following qualities:
A solid background in spray painting - automotive or joinery furniture spray painting experience preferred
Experience with spraying a wide range of materials - wood, MDF, ply finishes
Experience leading a small team
Able to work and stay calm under pressure
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Good timekeeping skills
Reliable and trustworthy
