QualChem Products is a family-owned New Zealand manufacturer, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the South Island.
We supply cleaning solutions to businesses including aged care providers, healthcare facilities and hospitality venues. You'll help more organisations find the right products, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to our continued growth.
What you'll do:- Find and win new business through prospecting, networking and cold calling.
- Build lasting relationships and understand each customer's needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to closing.
- Keep up with market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Work with our team to deliver responsive, reliable customer support.

What you'll bring
Previous experience selling cleaning chemicals is preferred. You'll also bring:- A proven record in B2B sales, ideally with 2-5 years' experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisation and time-management abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office.
- A self-motivated, customer-focused approach and the drive to achieve results.
