- Small-scale project management and coordinating maintenance tasks from start to finish
- Strong finishing skills, with a focus on tidy, high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Confident use of power tools, ladders, safety equipment and working at heights
- An understanding of NZ Building Code basics, health and safety obligations, and when work needs to be completed by a licensed practitioner

- Equipped with their own basic tools
- Health & safety conscious
Professional & Work Style
The right person will also:- Be reliable and punctual, communicate proactively and stick to agreed timeframes

- Use PPE, follow safe work practices and identify hazards before they become issues
- Be adaptable and comfortable working across varied jobs and multiple sites
