Our Junior Service Advisors are responsible for providing our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Daily duties would include making bookings, answering and making phone calls, invoicing, administration tasks, communicating with the Workshop Foreman, and keeping customers informed throughout their service experience.
Our ideal candidate for this position would have:- No previous automotive experience required - full training will be provided
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- A willingness to learn and develop within the automotive industry
- A strong customer service focus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive and professional attitude
- Enjoyment in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- High level of personal presentation
- Flexibility to work 5 days per week, including rostered Saturday mornings at times
- Availability to work within our 7:30am-5:30pm operating hours
