    • A&T Glass Taupo is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Home Improvement Specialist to join our HomePlus team.

    This is a different kind of trades role. We take real pride in our workmanship, care about our customers and look after each other like family. With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, you'll have the opportunity to develop specialist skills while working on projects that make a genuine difference to people's homes.

    Every project is different. You could be:
    • Installing pergolas, louvre roofs and awnings
    • Building garden sheds, fencing and gates
    • Installing security screens, shutters and insect screens
    • Working with glass and glazing, including windows, mirrors, splashbacks and showers
    • Fabricating and installing aluminium products
    • Tackling custom indoor and outdoor projects
    What we're looking for

    We're interested in people with strong practical skills and the right attitude. Successful team members have come from backgrounds including:
    • Joinery
    • Building
    • Engineering
    • General trades and installation
    • Garden shed construction or similar hands-on work
    • Aluminium fabrication
    You don't need to know everything - we'll provide training for the right person. What matters is that you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, care about customers and work well as part of a team.

    You'll also need to be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors and at heights, and have your own basic tools. A tool maintenance allowance is provided.
