Grenadier NAI Harcourts is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Broker to join our established team. This is a commission-only opportunity for someone confident in building relationships, generating new business and having commercially focused conversations with business owners.
As a Business Broker, you'll work with business owners considering their next move, from preparing a business for sale and identifying buyers through to negotiating and facilitating successful transactions. You'll develop your own pipeline, manage client relationships and take ownership of the sales process.
What you'll be doing:- Building relationships with business owners, buyers and professional networks
- Generating and developing new business opportunities
- Prospecting and building your own listing pipeline
- Meeting with business owners to understand their goals and advise on the sale of their business
- Managing the sales process through to successful completion
- Marketing businesses to attract qualified buyers
- Negotiating with confidence and a strong focus on client outcomes
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone commercially aware and great with people. Experience in business broking, real estate, sales, business ownership, professional services, banking, accountancy, finance or another commercially focused environment is valuable, but the right attitude and drive are equally important.
