The Role at a Glance:- Portfolio Growth: Perform rental appraisals, present to property owners, manage client leads, and drive local marketing.
- Operations & Support: Host viewings, process tenancy applications, assist with inspections, coordinate maintenance, and master software like Vault RE.
- Client Service: Build trusted relationships with property owners, tenants, and local suppliers.
