Fillpak Limited is a trusted food manufacturing and packaging company based in Henderson. We are looking for experienced Food Packing Machine Operators to join our production team.
We currently have vacancies on both:- Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday

About the role
You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining food packaging machinery to ensure production runs efficiently while meeting quality and food safety standards.
To be successful, you'll have:- Minimum 2 years' experience operating food packaging machinery
- Experience with machinery such as:
- Rotary pouch machines
- Form-fill-seal (FFS) machines
- Multi-head weighers
- Auger fillers
- Check-weighers - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- A strong understanding of Health & Safety practices
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
