    As the flagship consumer brand within Furtex Ltd, Baya continues to grow its digital presence, and we're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.

    Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimising our Shopify stores, supporting new product launches, enhancing site merchandising and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless online experience. Approximately 90% of your time will be dedicated to Baya, with the remaining 10% supporting our OLLO brand.

    About the Role

    This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both the technical and creative aspects of e-commerce. You'll work across product management, website merchandising, campaign execution and digital operations while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure our online stores remain engaging, accurate and commercially effective.

    Key Responsibilities

    Product & Catalogue Management:
    • Maintain product catalogues, SKU uploads and product data within Shopify
    • Ensure pricing, inventory, product variants, specifications, lead times and product tags are accurate
    • Prepare NetSuite upload sheets for new product and seasonal launches
    • Maintain product data integrity and quality assurance standards
    Website Merchandising & Content:
    • Build and merchandise product collections, categories and navigation
    • Create and update landing pages, Journal articles and Project pages
    • Refresh homepage content, promotional banners, featured collections and onsite calls-to-action
    • Optimise the customer journey through effective merchandising and content placement
    Operational Support:
    • Coordinate website setup for seasonal launches and promotional sale events
    • Maintain the B2B portal, including customer account updates and pricing checks
    • Monitor website integrations and log issues through ClickUp
    • Identify recurring website issues and escalate where appropriate
    Website Development & Testing:
    • Assist with new feature implementation
    • Conduct UX/UI reviews and website quality assurance testing
    • Support ongoing website improvements and optimisation initiatives
    About You

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital commerce and enjoys delivering exceptional online customer experiences. You'll need to be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll have a proactive mindset, enjoy problem-solving and take pride in ensuring every detail on the website is accurate and optimised.

    To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
    • At least 2 years' experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role
    • Hands-on experience managing Shopify or Shopify Plus websites
    • A strong understanding of online merchandising and user experience (UX/UI)
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Confidence managing product information and website content
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
    • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Experience with the following platforms or disciplines will be highly regarded:
    • NetSuite or another ERP system
    • Celigo or similar integration platforms
    • Klaviyo, HubSpot or other CRM platforms
    • Digital marketing, including paid advertising
    • SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
    • ClickUp or similar project management and ticketing tools
