    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales & Service Representative to join our Auckland team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a woodworking background who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career with one of New Zealand's leading suppliers to the woodworking industry.
     
    THE ROLE

    As a key member of our sales team, your responsibilities will include:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Developing new business opportunities within your designated territory.
    • Conducting regular road sales visits to customers throughout the Auckland region.
    • Providing technical advice and practical tooling solutions.
    • Picking up and delivering tooling and sharpening jobs to customers.
    • Working closely with our branch team to ensure outstanding customer service.
    • Identifying opportunities to increase sales across our product range.
    • Representing Robertson & Sinclair professionally at all times.
    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

    You will have:
    • A background in woodworking, cabinetmaking, joinery, kitchen manufacturing or a related trade.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
    • Good organisational and time management skills.
    • Sound computer literacy.
    • A current full New Zealand driver's licence.
    • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
    • A strong awareness of health and safety practices.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
