About the role
Working alongside our sales team, you'll guide customers through their finance and insurance journey, providing tailored lending and protection solutions while delivering a professional, transparent, and seamless buying experience.
Your responsibilities will include:- Meeting with customers to discuss finance and insurance options
- Recommending tailored lending and protection products
- Preparing and submitting finance applications
- Managing documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Delivering exceptional customer service before and after vehicle delivery
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to create an outstanding customer experience
About you
You'll ideally have:- Previous experience in automotive Finance & Insurance (preferred but not essential)
- Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends
