Trueform Products Limited is proudly New Zealand owned and operated, manufacturing premium spa pools and spa/pool covers from our Helensville facility. Operating through our Trueform Spas and South Pacific Covers brands, we're entering an exciting new chapter under new management with a strong focus on growth, innovation and customer experience.
We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of our team. If you're organised, enjoy working with people, and love variety in your day, this could be the perfect opportunity.
About the role
This is a varied role that combines sales support, customer service, administration and showroom responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play an important role in delivering a great customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale and after-sales support.
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Following up quotes to help convert enquiries into sales
- Entering sales and orders accurately into our CRM system
- Keeping customer records up to date
- Assisting customers with showroom enquiries, parts and service requests
- Supporting stock ordering and monitoring inventory
- Helping prepare for and attend trade shows when required
- Assisting with general administration and showroom presentation
- Contributing ideas and content for our social media channels
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
You'll ideally have:- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong organisational and administration abilities
- Confidence using CRM systems and following sales processes
- A willingness to learn and contribute across different areas of the business
- Reliability and a strong work ethic

We can offer:- Competitive salary package depending on experience
- Monthly uncapped commission
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
- One Saturday morning approximately every three weeks (4 hours), with Friday afternoon off the following week
