    • South Auckland Motors is seeking expressions of interest from motivated candidates looking to further develop their career within the automotive parts industry.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading automotive brands as part of a large and established dealer group.

    The role may suit someone currently working in the aftermarket parts industry who is looking to move into a franchise dealership environment, or an existing dealership Parts Advisor seeking their next opportunity.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Responding to parts enquiries accurately and efficiently
    • Identifying and supplying the correct parts for our workshop and customers
    • Pre-picking parts for scheduled workshop jobs
    • Processing parts orders and invoices
    • Assisting with retail and accessory enquiries
    • Supporting parts ecommerce enquiries and order fulfilment
    • Monitoring outstanding and back-ordered parts
    • Maintaining accurate stock records and bin locations
    • Supporting other team members and branches when required
    • Completing relevant Ford and Mazda product training
    About you

    The successful applicant will:
    • Have previous automotive parts experience
    • Have a good understanding of parts identification and ordering processes
    • Be reliable, organised and willing to continue learning
    • Communicate confidently with technicians, customers and colleagues
    • Have good computer and data-entry skills
    • Be able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
    • Work well as part of a team
    • Hold a current New Zealand driver licence
    Experience within a franchise dealership would be advantageous; however, applicants from the aftermarket parts industry are encouraged to apply.
