About the Role We're on the lookout for a Warehouse and Counter Sales superstar to join our Wellington team! Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role is pivotal in supporting our customers by recommending suitable products and offering excellent customer service to ensure we have everything our customers need to do their job. What You'll Do Your main focus will be managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock rotation, performing stock takes, and keeping promotional materials up to date. If you have a knack for organisation and customer service, this could be a great opportunity to build your skills. Key Responsibilities:
To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong background in customer service and warehouse operations, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth sales processes. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves lifting items over 20kg of product and can get a little messy, and a clean, full driver's license is required; a forklift license is an advantage, but we're happy to help you obtain one if needed. A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude are must-haves, along with a willingness to grow your product knowledge and become a trusted resource for our customers. Why Join Us?
