    About the Role

    As our Vehicle Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading both our new and used vehicle sales teams, driving performance, mentoring and developing your people, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience.

    You'll lead from the front - coaching, motivating, and inspiring your team while working closely with senior management to achieve ambitious sales and profitability goals.
