We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Remuera team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire and develop the team, drive sales and operational excellence, and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding experience while the branch performs at its very best.
About the role:- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive branch sales, profitability and productivity through strong leadership.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and team success.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs, seasonal demands and customer expectations.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including stock management, merchandising and operational standards.
- Foster a positive, safe and engaged team culture.
