The Role
A broad, well-rounded mix of work, no two days the same:- Urgent repairs
- Residential and light commercial service & maintenance
- Fault finding across plumbing and gas
- Hot water heating system installations, including gas continuous flow, hot water heat pumps, hot water cylinders and more
- Bathroom renovations with high-quality finishing
- Heating system installations, including central heating and space heating
- Running your own jobs end-to-end, with pride and ownership
- Mentoring apprentices and leading by example
- Confident use of digital job management systems, clear job notes, tidy close-outs, good communication
Who We're After:- Great attitude
- Current NZ practising licence, Plumber & Gasfitter (Drainlayer a bonus)
- Confident across maintenance, reno and service work
- Takes pride in workmanship and stands behind their name on the job
- Reliable, honest, proactive
- Works well solo and as part of a tight-knit team
