  • No Boundaries Fencing Ltd is a trusted Northland fencing contractor delivering quality workmanship across rural, agricultural and residential projects. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for two new team members to join our Whangarei-based crew:
    • Agricultural Fencing Leading Hand
    • Agricultural Fencing Labourer
    Whether you're an experienced rural fencer ready to lead a crew or someone with some fencing experience and a strong work ethic who wants to build a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

    About the Role

    Working across a variety of projects throughout Northland, you'll help deliver high-quality fencing and construction solutions for our clients.

    Duties may include:
    • Installing new rural and agricultural fencing
    • Constructing residential fencing and retaining walls
    • Carrying out fence repairs and maintenance
    • Building stock yards and livestock handling facilities
    • Installing timber post and rail fencing
    • Operating tractors and other machinery
    • Working as part of a team to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
    • Leading and supporting the crew on site (Leading Hand role)
    About You

    For the Leading Hand role, you'll ideally have:
    • Proven rural or agricultural fencing experience
    • Experience operating tractors or similar machinery
    • The ability to lead a team and work independently
    • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
    • A current driver's licence
    For the Labourer role, we're looking for someone with:
    • Some fencing or outdoor labouring experience (preferred but not essential)
    • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
    • A positive, can-do attitude
    • Reliability and commitment
    • A current driver's licence preferred
