    Oasis Engineering (part of the global Elaflex HIBY Group based in Germany) is a leading manufacturer of high-quality valve products for New Zealand and export markets. We design and manufacture our own range of innovative products for the Dairy, Gas and Hydrogen industries. Our continuous improvement philosophy drives us to constantly improve our people, products, services, systems, and processes.

    We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations from our Tauranga manufacturing facility.

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key leadership role within our Senior Leadership Team. You'll lead a small, capable team while working closely with Sales, Product Development and Operations to ensure materials, inventory, production planning and logistics all run seamlessly.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to delivering outstanding results.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading and optimising end-to-end supply chain operations
    • Material requirements planning and production planning
    • Managing inventory, stock accuracy and annual stocktakes
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
    • Coordinating domestic and international shipping and distribution
    • Identifying supply risks and implementing proactive solutions
    • Analysing supply chain performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
    • Leading, mentoring and developing your team
    • Working collaboratively across departments to improve operational performance
    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
    About you:
    • Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing environment
    • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics and distribution
    • Experience working with medium to large organisations, preferably with an international focus
    • Practical experience with ERP systems (preferred)
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong leadership and people management experience
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
    • A confident communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels
    • A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, "can-do" attitude
    • Able to work in New Zealand with no visa restrictions
