About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Alloy Fabricator / Fitter to join our Christchurch workshop.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in producing high-quality fabrication work and enjoys working on a variety of projects within a skilled and supportive team environment.
Requirements include:- Proven experience as an Alloy Fabricator / Fitter
- TIG and MIG welding experience on aluminium
- Experience operating CNC milling equipment (preferred)
- The ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings and cutting lists
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship
Experience welding mild steel and stainless steel would be highly regarded.
We are also seeking a Workshop Labourer to support the team with general workshop duties, including simple fitting, cutting, cleaning, processing materials and deliveries. Applicants will need a full driver's licence and the ability to operate a forklift, with a truck licence being an advantage.

- The ability to work in a team and unsupervised
You will need to be comfortable working from drawings and cutting lists, with the ability to accurately interpret project requirements and complete work to a high standard.
