We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales & Delivery Representative who enjoys being on the road just as much as they enjoy making sales and talking with people. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service, spotting opportunities and becoming the trusted face of a business, we'd like to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role where your primary responsibility is delivering products safely and efficiently, while also helping grow our business through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
What you'll be doing:- Deliver customer orders safely, accurately and on time.
- Build strong relationships with customers across your territory.
- Become a trusted face of Look Floors through regular customer visits.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and refer leads to the Sales Team.
- Promote new products, supplier campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Carry selected high-demand products on your vehicle to assist customers and generate additional sales.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help improve our business.
- Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch and stocktakes.
- Operate forklifts and maintain a clean, organised delivery vehicle.
- Accurately complete delivery documentation using our ERP and mobile systems.

- Well organised and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using technology and software-based systems.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Reliable, professional and takes pride in their work.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
Ideally you'll have:- A full, clean New Zealand Driver License is required (Class 2 would be an advantage).
- Forklift experience or a current Forklift License (preferred, but training can be provided for the right person).
- Experience in delivery driving, customer service, trade, warehousing or sales.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
