    We're now seeking an experienced Group Contracts & Commercial Risk Manager to provide dedicated leadership in customer contracts, commercial risk and contract governance.

    Purposefully designed as a part-time role, this position offers the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement while providing the opportunity to make a significant impact across the business.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll become the Group's recognised subject matter expert on customer contracts and commercial risk. Working alongside the Executive Leadership Team, you'll provide practical commercial leadership that supports business growth while ensuring contractual risks are appropriately identified, understood and managed before commitments are made.

    The Opportunity

    This role is about more than reviewing contracts.

    As a key member of the team, you'll work alongside Sales, Operations, Finance and Executive Leadership to provide specialist commercial oversight of significant customer and supplier contractual arrangements.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Reviewing and negotiating customer contracts, tender conditions and commercial agreements.
    • Working directly with customers, procurement teams and other stakeholders to negotiate practical commercial outcomes.
    • Developing contract governance, standard contract positions and commercial risk frameworks.
    • Maintaining the Group Contract Register and improving visibility of contractual obligations across the business.
    About You

    You're a commercially minded professional who enjoys working through complex commercial issues and finding practical solutions. You have the confidence to negotiate, influence and build strong relationships while balancing commercial opportunity with acceptable risk.

    You'll bring:
    • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
    • Strong commercial judgement and sound risk assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • A practical, collaborative approach with the confidence to influence outcomes.
    • Experience within infrastructure, construction or other commercial contracting environments will be advantageous, although we welcome candidates with transferable experience.
