    • About the Role

    We're looking for our next Front of House Extraordinaire to be the welcoming face of our Hastings clinic and the right hand to our amazing Assistant Manager/Treatment Advisor, Sam.

    This is so much more than a reception role. You'll be the heartbeat of the clinic - the person who makes every customer feel looked after from the moment they walk in, who keeps our therapists and nurses supported and the rooms running smoothly, and who takes real pride in how the clinic looks and feels.

    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Welcoming customers and managing the customer experience front to back
    • Supporting our Skin Therapists and RNs, and helping manage room flow
    • Managing customer files with care and accuracy
    • Keeping the clinic presented to a high standard - including some cleaning after we close for the day
    • Handling phones and emails with warmth and professionalism
    • Using our POS system for bookings, sales, and payments
    • Growing your own product and treatment knowledge - you'll be shown and directed in treatments, products, and everything CACI does, so you can speak to it confidently with customers
    What We're Looking For:
    • A genuine passion for skincare and for what CACI stands for
    • Brilliant with people - warm, welcoming, and switched on with customer experience
    • Confident on the phone and email, comfortable learning new systems (POS experience a bonus)
    • Someone who takes pride in presentation and standards, and doesn't mind pitching in with cleaning
    • A team player who thrives on culture and connection - this is a busy, high-performing clinic with a genuinely close-knit team
    • Keen to grow - this role can grow into more hours and more responsibility over time for the right person

    Hours to start:
    • Every 2nd Monday 9-1pm
    • Every 2nd Tuesday 9-1pm
    • Thursday 12-7:30pm
    • Friday 9-4pm
    • Every 2nd Saturday 9-1:30pm
