    We're looking for an experienced Senior Skin Therapist to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive clinic with opportunities to develop your career within our Hawke's Bay clinics.

    While this role is based in Napier, the ability to occasionally work from our Hastings clinic for team support and cover would be highly valued, with potential opportunities to work across both locations in the future.

    About the opportunity

    This position has become available as one of our valued therapists prepares to welcome a new addition to her family. This is not a maternity leave position - we're looking to grow our team and provide a comprehensive handover, setting both our new therapist and existing team up for long-term success.

    We're recruiting now to allow plenty of time for training and a smooth transition.

    Current roster is:
    • Tuesday: 9.00am - 7.00pm
    • Wednesday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
    • Thursday: 9.00am - 7.00pm
    Additional hours or flexibility may be available by agreement.

    About the role

    You'll work alongside a passionate, high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and results-driven treatment plans.

    Your role will include:
    • Consulting with customers and recommending personalised treatment plans
    • Delivering Caci Signature Treatments, including Peels and Laser Facials
    • Performing Microneedling, Photo Rejuvenation and Fractional Laser treatments
    • Providing skin conditioning treatments and professional beauty therapy services
    • Supporting customers throughout their skin journey, including recommending complementary treatments where appropriate
    • Building lasting relationships with customers through exceptional care and service
    • Working collaboratively with the wider clinic team to achieve shared goals
    • Assisting with customer enquiries and promotional activities
    Training & Development

    As a Senior Therapist, you'll receive comprehensive Caci training to become confident in our advanced treatment offering. Training is primarily delivered through Caci's renowned Centre of Excellence in Auckland, complemented by regional and in-clinic training opportunities.

    We're looking for someone who is passionate about skin, thrives in a team environment, and genuinely enjoys helping customers achieve confidence through exceptional treatment outcomes.

    You'll bring:
    • A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (minimum one-year qualification such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, NZ Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent)
    • Previous experience as a Skin or Beauty Therapist (senior experience preferred)
    • A passion for advanced skin treatments and ongoing learning
    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
    • A professional, positive and flexible attitude
    • Excellent presentation and attention to detail
    • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
