The Role As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, with a primary focus on Suzuki and JAC models. Effective communication is a vital part of this role. You will work closely with our service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and timely updates regarding vehicle status. We also expect all our technicians to take pride in their workspace by maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment at all times. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a recognised automotive trade qualification (such as a National Certificate in the Motor Industry or equivalent). We are looking for individuals with proven experience working as an Automotive Technician, ideally within a dealership environment, who possess strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with modern vehicle diagnostic systems. A current Warrant of Fitness (WOF) inspecting licence is considered a strong advantage, though it is not strictly necessary to apply. Additionally, a strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team are essential.
