NAI Harcourts Hamilton is searching for our next Commercial Real Estate Cadet - someone who is eager to learn, prepared to work hard, and excited by the prospect of building a rewarding career in commercial property.

No previous real estate experience is required. We can teach you the industry. What we can't teach is attitude, determination and a genuine desire to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

From your very first day, you'll be immersed in the world of commercial property by:

Assisting with commercial sales and leasing campaigns throughout Hamilton CBD
Supporting experienced agents with listings, inspections, proposals and negotiations
Researching market trends and identifying new business opportunities
Building relationships with property owners, tenants, investors and local businesses
Learning the skills required to become a successful commercial real estate professional
Developing your own prospecting and client management techniques

You'll learn by doing - with experienced mentors beside you every step of the way.

We're committed to giving you the strongest possible start.

As part of your Cadet Programme, we'll provide:

National Certificate in Real Estate
First year's REA Licence fees fully paid
Harcourts Academy and New Salesperson training (course fees fully covered*)
Investment in your personal brand, profile and marketing collateral
A weekly-paid retainer for your first three months, with the opportunity for a further three-month extension
Commission on every transaction you're involved in, in accordance with our standard commission structure

*Accommodation and travel costs are not included.
