Harcourts Tandem Property Management is expanding, and we're looking for an exceptional person to join our Warkworth team.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside Sophie Kose, an experienced, award-winning Property Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating long term relationships. About the Role
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio while learning from an experienced industry professional.
No two days are the same. You'll enjoy a varied role that includes:- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Conducting property inspections.
- Managing administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting with leasing, viewings and tenancy processes.
- Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
As your skills and confidence grow, so will your responsibilities.
About You
We're looking for someone who:- Is highly organised and thrives in a busy environment.
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is proactive, motivated and enjoys solving problems.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Can prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Is confident using technology and willing to learn new systems.
- Holds a current full New Zealand driver's licence.
Previous property management or real estate experience is an advantage but is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to build a long-term career.
